Your new firm
Our leading Top 100 client has a fantastic property litigation role within their Cardiff office.
Your new role
You will be joining their collaborative housing management team providing legal advice to registered social landlords and local authority clients. You will be exposed to a broad breadth of housing management including anti-social behaviour, civil injunctions and possession claims with a key focus on defending housing disrepair claims against housing associations and local authority landlords.
You will enjoy working on a range of aspects including producing court documents, negotiating with other parties, advising clients and advocacy.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is investing in their team at present and keen to consider applications from recently qualified lawyers up to an established Property Litigation lawyer. Due to the nature of this work the immediate attendance at courts throughout South Wales is often required. You will therefore need to be flexible and ideally able to provide own transport in order to meet this requirement.
