This major client boasts a prestigious international client base of multi-national corporations/firms, financial institutions and high worth individuals. With an established team of legal experts from top global firms and international financial centers, the firm is currently looking for an experienced associate to join their busy corporate practice.
The successful candidate will possess a strong transactional background and will advise on varied matters encompassing joint ventures, M&A, private placements, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, continuations, investment funds, sale and purchase of shares, captive and reinsurance, insolvency and SPVs.
As this is an URGENT hire, commonwealth qualified associates from city/top regional/offshore practices are all encouraged to apply asap.
