Job Details
We have been instructed by an esteemed international firm in London looking for a junior Corporate Associate to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the junior level to gain high-quality corporate experience involving mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions within the energy, oil and gas and mining sectors.
The partners are interested in hearing from candidates with up to 2 years’ PQE, including those who are newly qualified in the September 2019 intake, or due to qualify in March 2020. NQs should have undertaken a corporate seat during their training contract, ideally with a leading international firm. Candidates who are post-qualified should be currently working as a Corporate Associate, and relevant sector-experience is highly desired.
This is a strong opportunity for candidates to work in a sophisticated corporate role with an interesting sector focus, and will provide an ideal platform for junior lawyers to gain market-leading training and boost their career within the corporate space.
The firm offers an excellent salary, and bonus scheme to their lawyers.
