This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Commercial & Technology Associate to join their thriving London practice in a PSL capacity. The position will entail providing a full range of PSL related services for the team, which will include compiling legal updates, developing and maintaining precedents and know-how, conducting substantive legal research and providing training for Associates on technical legal issues. You'll also be supporting marketing and BD activities, as well as liaising closely with the firm's central KM team. Applicants should be UK qualifed lawyers who have experience in providing high-end advice to clients in the Commercial, Technology and Data Privacy areas. Excellent drafting, communication and marketing skills will also be needed.
