As a member of S4C's Legal Team, you contribute to the work of the team, which provides support and advice to teams across S4C on a wide range of legal issues affecting all aspects of S4C's services.

Areas of work will include (without limitation):

• Permits and rights agreements for content

• Program compliance issues and digital content • General commercial agreements across S4C's departments

• Research into various laws and / or regulations relevant to S4C

• Drafting and updating corporate agreements, policies and documents • Provide relevant legal and regulatory advice to S4C

• Provide advice on practical competition issues

• Providing advice on personal data law issues You will be expected to undertake legal work for various S4C departments and teams as required and to be part of project teams from time to time.

You will also be required to work with external lawyers used by S4C on specific projects. You are expected to undertake any reasonable work or responsibilities that may arise from time to time.

You will help ensure that we operate effectively and in line with our strategic and statutory commitments.

You will contribute to discussions and meetings that are specific to your main individual responsibilities and more widely where S4C is of general benefit.

You will be expected to have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
