Our Client, a reputable Central London based full-service law firm, is looking to add to its growing numbers with the appointment of an immigration lawyer.

The firm is growing in every area and is now looking to further expand its Immigration offering

The Team

The Team offer advice to businesses and individuals on a range of commercial immigration matters, including, but not limited to; immigration compliance for employers and educational institutions; dealing with migrants following a takeover or a merger; landlord right to rent checks and civil penalties; Home Office compliance; sponsor licence applications; and sports applications. 

Individuals are also represented on a range of matters, including; Investor Applications; Entrepreneur Applications; Highly Skilled Migrant Applications; Business Visit Applications; and Exceptional Talent Applications.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this role you should be at least 5 years PQE and be experienced in a wide range of immigration matters, representing both businesses and high net worth individuals. Essential to this role is the ability to develop and maintain long lasting client relationships, you should therefore have a good business development track record and a portable following to begin your role.

You will form an integral part of the firm, assisting with the growth of the team, you should therefore be a proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.  In turn, you will be offered a very competitive renumeration package and have the chance to be part of an ambitious, dynamic, friendly law firm.
