This is a sizable full-service firm with capacity to run all manner of property disputes, and there are excellent systems in place for administration, marketing, billing etc. The London office is part of a successful national network, and the London partners enjoy a good level of autonomy and work together as a team.  

There are associates in situ in London but no partner, so this person will have immediate skilled support for their caseload. 

The team’s work is a mix of commercial and residential property disputes including adverse possession claims, right to light, dilapidations matters, enfranchisement etc, and they act both for landlords and tenants. The firm has a strong and loyal client base of banks, commercial businesses and wealthy individuals so there is a diverse range of potential clients.  

The culture is highly praised by partners, who describe an enthusiastic, informal group who work together well and focus on quality.
