DUBAI - BANKING & FINANCE LAWYER - 2-3 PQE

This major ME law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving Banking & Finance practice in Dubai. Working closely with two highly-rated UK partners, the role will entail advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and security providers on structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of financings. These will particularly include major transactions in project finance, acquisition finance and real estate development financing, while large-scale financial restructuring/insolvency matters could also feature. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, and have a varied range of high-level banking & finance experience. ME region and Islamic Finance experience and Arabic language skills, while beneficial, are not essential for the position.
