Your new role
You will be working with an ex-Magic Circle Corporate Partner offering the opportunity to work with a premium client base, including international corporates, private equity and sophisticated SMEs. This is an excellent opportunity to excel in an ambitious team; the Bristol team is part of a national Corporate team, which has grown significantly over the past few years to over 50 lawyers and adopts a "one-team" approach across their network. This role provides excellent opportunities to use a wide-range of skills and experience and you will enjoy a varied caseload of fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams.

About you
We are keen to speak with candidates from NQ to 8 PQE, who have corporate M&A/private equity experience gained within a large Firm, and who will be able to demonstrate the qualities required to work within a busy Corporate team. If joining at a junior level, you will have completed a seat within Corporate.
