Our client is a large international practice with a significant corporate & securities practice based in the heart of the City.

Their main practice centres around large scale cross border M&A and Private Equity with a significant international profile.

Given the breadth and scope of their clients and profile they have suffered little in the wake of impending Brexit and continue to achieve strong organic growth.

The team area recruiting for 2 roles at around 1-3 years PQE and 3-6 years in order to compliment the current balance of the team.

As well as having a solid grounding in corporate work (whether M&A or Private Equity) you will also have a keen interest in business development. Each of the team is encouraged to play an active role in this as well as ongoing client relationships so it can provide a great platform to develop your own profile and clients.

You will be a strong technical lawyer and wanting something a little bit different - the firm is looking for lawyer that can make an impact and recognise that this just isn't about taking lawyers out of the magic or silver circle - they are keen to speak to those with a broader depth - whether that be those working out in the region looking for a route into the City. What they can guarantee is large scale, high quality corporate work.
