Corporate Immigration Partner

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Immigration Partner looking to join a growing practice. This Top 75 firm are looking for Partner and Head of the department to lead this practice forward. You will work with the existing clients as well cross fertilising with Leading individual departments.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Immigration Partner into their City of London office.

You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

You will work as part of a Legal 500 ranked department, working alongside a highly experienced Partners. The Immigration department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential
• Salary is above market and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
