Job Details
This premium global law firm is looking to hire a mid-level associate to join its highly ranked real estate finance team based in London. The team advises big-ticket players of the commercial real estate sector on a broad range of financing products, including bilateral loans, syndicated loans, sub-participated debt, mezzanine loans, development finance, CMBS/RMBS and other capital markets products.
The new hire will have 3-4 years of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded real estate finance practice in London or overseas. Ideally, you will have some securitisation and structured finance experience, although not required. Strong academics and a stable career record are required for this role.
