This corporate solicitor role is for a solicitor at Legal Director or Partner level to head the team. The firm has a roster of OMB and SME clients and you can expect to handle a broad range of M&A work.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an experienced corporate lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level. You will be well connected and will have a following of work. You will have the skills and ability to develop the corporate offering.
