OVERVIEW
Our client is a well established UK law firm who is currently looking to bolster its market-leading Corporate Restructuring practice. The firm is looking to hire high calibre restructuring lawyers of all levels of PQE to join their ambitious, growing team in Manchester.
THE ROLE
The Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within the Finance Group and acts for clients across the UK.
The team carries out a broad range of complex, high value restructurings, as well as also being involved in advising financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, company directors and the like on a range of matter including strategies for recovery and turnaround. The work is mainly non-contentious although the role may include some contentious work also.
This is an exceptional client facing role that offers a friendly and close-knit culture aswell as genuine career progression opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- You will be a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer (all levels of PQE welcome)
- You should have gained experience with a recognised law firm within a well-regarded insolvency/restructuring team;
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential;
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent;
- Exceptional communication and drafting skills;
