BANKING / LEVERAGED FINANCE LAWYER 3-4 PQE

This top international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join the Leveraged Finance arm of their market leading London Banking team. For this particular role, they are especially interested in speaking to lawyers with emerging markets Banking experience. The main focus of their team is leveraged acquisition finance, particularly large, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and including both public and private bids. Clients include all of the major international banks involved in the leveraged finance space, as well as a range of non-banking clients such as private equity houses, corporate borrowers and non-bank lenders. Their work covers a variety of loan products, including senior, mezzanine and second lien loans (including "cov lite" loans), super senior revolving credit facilities and high yield bridge facilities. The scope covered is interesting and varied within a friendly and highly collaborative team. Applicants will need strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general financing transactions, including familiarity with the main documents used (e.g. credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements).
