3+ PQE Dry Shipping Litigation Associate – Singapore/London

THE POSITION

Both roles (Singapore and London) will be within the Shipping team with a focus on Dry Shipping litigation.

While the focus will be on dry shipping, you will also have the opportunity to be involved with commercial shipping matters as well as some wet shipping and offshore related disputes. Business development and client contact is also actively encouraged by Associates at all levels.

THE CANDIDATE

You will ideally be qualified in England & Wales with upwards of 3 years of shipping litigation experience. Individuals with commodities/offshore litigation/arbitration experience will also be considered.

Experience of taking lead roles on bill of lading, charter party and demurrage disputes is important as is a genuine interest in the global trade, shipping and commodities sector.
