NEW SUCCESSION ROLE: this by its very nature will require the new recruit to have the seniority and gravitas that allows one to operate at this level, but also to operate at it successfully. The role is straight real estate, but others with all types of real estate backgrounds are invited to apply not least from the property finance side.  An excellent firm to work for and a great role within this Top Tier real estate practice, which has been a regular in the Legal 500’s top 50 for some time and is widely recognised as one of the leading players not only in real estate, but also discipline wide and in all locational areas of Hants, the South East and the UK.  With a client base that operates nationally and partners that have joined from some of the UK’s finest City firms (in all cities) a partner is now required for a role that will involve leading a large team from the front and potentially end up being a succession exercise whereupon the client relationships will fall to you.  

Based in the City of London, Dan qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is the owner of one of the longest serving legal recruitment agencies in London and the South East of England, Ellis-Wake. He regularly advises his clients on the complexity of the legal market, on their strategic future and is a known 'connector' and 'influencer' in the recruitment market. Dan's experience stretches back to 2004 and he's seen many significant changes in Global and local legal and recruitment markets and has recruited successfully in all of them.
