The Firm

The Partners have decided that due to ongoing success, they wish to further their offering in Cambridge and for this reason they are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to join their leading Top200UK Firm.
The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding Cambridge Office.
You will be responsible for working alongside the Corporate Partner on a range of Corporate transactions including: Company Structuring & Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisition and Disposals for a varied client base from Start Ups to International Organisations.
This role will require a level autonomy where you will be leading transactions, meanwhile working with the Partner as part of a larger team on more complex and high value transactions.
As you will be joining in an exciting growth period, there are outstanding progression prospects on offer as the team grows
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE +
- Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
- You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
