Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious construction litigation solicitor to join the team based in Buckinghamshire. A broad range of projects from buildings and infrastructure to energy facilities and telecom networks all fall within the teams remit and you would have exposure across the spectrum from day one.

This role would particularly suit an ambitious individual who is looking for early client contact and the potential to contribute more widely to marketing and business development initiatives. All applications will be considered on merit and an attractive financial package is on offer.

We would like to speak with individuals who have trained with a recognised national, city or regional firm with an established reputation for construction advice. Further, technical ability is important so a strong academic record is essential and any business development experience would be preferred. An opportunity has arisen for a construction expert to work closely with the acclaimed, and chambers-rated, head of construction.

The role will provide you with an unrivalled opportunity to shape the future of the practice and to manage and develop new and existing client relationships so you must have, and be able to demonstrate, first class inter-personal, business development and marketing skills.

Ideally, you will have completed one seat in disputes within private practice and be looking for an opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills in a fast-paced market, where client delivery is paramount.

In return, you can expect to work within a collegiate team of solicitors and partners who share a passion for this niche area of law. Your client list will include industry participants such as: owners; lenders; contractors; and equipment suppliers and you may be advising on construction documentation from design, engineering and construction program issues.
