*NEW: Private Equity PSL*

A Magic Circle firm is currently recruiting for a Private Equity PSL to join their highly regarded team in London.

They are interested in either fee-earners looking to switch into a PSL role or current PSLs looking for a new challenge (4 PQE+).

The private equity team is market-leading and regularly acts on high-value, front-page private equity transactions. The firm has advised on over 745 private equity transactions across Europe worth a combined US$491 billion – more than any other firm. 

As a PSL in this team you will be involved in a mix of thought-leadership work as well as traditional PSL support work. The work is incredibly varied and no two weeks will be the same. You will be responsible for: keeping abreast of market developments, research, client BD/pitches, document/knowledge management, training and development of the group etc. as well as strategic practice group development.

One of the key attractions of a PSL position is often the work-life balance. As the role is not client-facing, the hours are usually 9.30am - 5.30pm. You are able to stay working within a private practice environment, alongside a great team of colleagues, but without sacrificing your personal life. 

To apply for this role you must be a UK qualified associate (at least 4 PQE) with Private Equity experience from a top international law firm. Prior PSL experience is not a prerequisite.
