The Role

The firm are now looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to lead their offering in Norwich

You will deal with a range of matters for a varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as; Landlord and tenant, Licenses to assign, Commercial leases, Acquisitions and disposals and Development work.

This team are regularly referred work from other areas of the firm, and there is an existing busy caseload for the right person to come in and hit the ground running.

A key part of this role will be managing and mentioning juniors within the office, sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure the future success of the team. There is the option of Directorship in future should you with to progress to this level.

Requirements:

  • You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 10 PQE +
  • You will have excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and a good billings history
  • It is essential that you have experience managing and mentoring a team of juniors
  • You will have excellent client care skills and proven business development experience
  • Salary will be based upon experience with an excellent benefits package
