The Role

The firm are looking to hire a talented Dispute Resolution Partner into their thriving Essex office

The firm are expanding at a fast rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the Dispute Resolution team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of litigious matters such as: Employment Disputes, Debt Recovery, Contract Disputes, Contentious Probate, Landlord & Tenant Disputes and General Litigation

Requirements

• You will be a Litigator or Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Partner with at least 6 years PQE +
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
