In-house Legal Counsel (Commercial, Corporate or Banking)
Central Leeds | 4+ years PQE
A hugely successful subsidiary of a global and well-known plc is seeking an ambitious lawyer to join their talent in-house legal team.
Reporting directly into the Legal Director, you will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with some of the largest blue chip companies across the UK and acting as point of contact for all legal queries both internally and externally. You will also advise on aspects of commercial litigation and assist in the development of new products and business lines.
To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE ideally in a non-contentious field, but candidates from a corporate or banking background will be considered.
