NQ+ Commercial Litigation Solicitor

This role requires an ambitious NQ-2 PQE solicitor to deal with a diverse caseload including high value company and commercial disputes. 

This a general commercial litigation position and will be varied, working on international and domestic matters as well as insolvency, including ADR, banking and professional negligence. This position is commercially focused working closely with the commercial department so work can include; involvement with shareholder disputes, earn-out agreements and breaches of warrantee.

As well as having a well-developed knowledge of commercial litigation we would expect the successful candidate to have a strong personality and be someone keen play an active role in marketing and practice development as well as providing a high level of service to existing clients.
