Job Details
Due to a recent influx in demand, we are currently enrolling Residential Property Lawyers for prospective interim/temporary roles in Private Practice within Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking greater flexibility, a work life balance and excellent remuneration.
The successful applicant must have experience in the following:
- Acquisitions and Disposals of Freehold and Leasehold property
- Registered and Unregistered land
- Transfers of Equity
- Remortgages
- Grant of Easements
- Probate sales
- Liaising with HNW individuals
Successful applicants should expect to work with minimal to no supervision. A proactive nature and familiarity with case management systems would also be beneficial. Experience working on a temporary basis would be preferable but is by no means a prerequisite.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be available immediately or at short notice and be hungry for the opportunity to develop themselves professionally. You will need to be able to work autonomously so proactive individuals are essential.
