Commercial Property Partner

A West Midlands law firm with a long-standing reputation for being a pillar of the legal community and multi-award winning, has an opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them in a senior position. This is a role that has come about as a result of a Partner retiring so is a superb opportunity for someone looking to take that step up into a management role. You will be responsible for supervising three junior members of staff and managing their performance and workload as well as taking ownership of the business plan and strategy for the team's growth.

You will work with a varied client base of local businesses and provide them with a full service of property advice including sale and purchase; development; property investment and property management among others. Some of these transactions are multi-million pound deals so you will be confident in managing complex, multi-party agreements.
