Corporate M&A Senior Associates – Prestigious Private Equity Focussed US Firm (4-7 PQE)

We have been instructed on a new role at this prestigious New York firm in London for a UK qualified senior associate.

The firm is committed to expanding its footprint in Europe and looking to hire into its flagship corporate practice.

The firm is renowned for its strength in the private equity sector where even in London it is among the market leaders, and the corporate partners leverage off the extensive global PE client base to advise on many big-ticket acquisitions and secondary transactions in the UK and European markets.

In addition to core M&A transactions, the corporate team also advises on joint ventures and equity capital markets.

Generally, the firm only recruits the best talent available from the Magic Circle, so candidates should be coming from the best firms in the City to be the right fit.

Candidates of interest will have around 4-7 years of PQE, and will ideally have had at most one previous move in their career, with a preference for candidates who have stayed on at the firm they trained at. 

The successful candidate will get a big reward with salaries at the top end of the New York scale, and unrivalled hands-on experience of big-ticket private equity and general corporate M&A transactional work.
