Job Details
A respected National firm are looking to hire a Residential Property specialist to join their London office. The firm can offer a broad split of work, an autonomous role and foster a supportive and friendly culture.
The practice's varied client base consists of investors, landowners, high net worth individuals, developers, insurers and educational institutions advising them on a range of matters. The new joiner will enjoy a broad split of work advising on the acquisition, financing, sale and management of large residential portfolios.
The team are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience within a respected regional, City or International Property team. A strong academic record (minimum of a 2:1) is required to be considered for this vacancy. Exposure to leasehold enfranchisement claims would be beneficial but is not necessarily a pre-requisite to be considered for this role.
