Job Details
We have been instructed on a role by a top US firm looking for a Corporate Tax Associate to join their London team.
The firm is looking to hire into their corporate tax team which is led by reputable and highly regarded partners. The team is ambitious, and has created a leading name for themselves in the London market.
The work includes advising on the tax aspect of high value transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
The candidate should have up to two years of post-qualification experience from a leading international firm. Newly qualified candidates must have completed at least one seat in tax, ideally with an additional seat in Corporate M&A.
The firm pays excellent salaries in the London market, and offers desirable benefits packages to their lawyers.
