Corporate/PE Lawyer at Leading International firm (2-5 PQE)

My client, a top 5 leading global firm, are seeking a corporate lawyer between 2-5 years' post qualification experience. This is a broad corporate role, which includes Private and Public Mergers & Acquisitions work, ECM and Private Equity. The firm also welcome any candidates who focus on Private Equity.

The practice are currently going through an exciting expansion phase. This team are highly ranked across several areas within corporate and rank Tier 1 for mid market private equity transactions. The successful candidate will work on bespoke and complex work, as well as working closely with a range of jurisdictions across the world. The firm work across a variety of sectors, from technology and TMT to financial services.
