Job Details
A large house building organisation with offices in Northampton is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a particularly good opportunity as Assistant Legal Manager. You will work in conjunction with two other senior individuals in the team to support, supervise and train a motivated team of conveyancers and assistant conveyancers.
Salary will be circa £35,000 and this opportunity is likely to be appropriate for a candidate with a legal / conveyancing qualification, such as CILEx, CLC or appropriate degree in Law.
You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Plot sales and development experience will be very highly valued here, although is not a prerequisite.
