This is about as top notch a role for a Corporate Lawyer as you could hope to find in Cardiff. This firm is widely considered as one of the top firms in the Cardiff market. Their Corporate department acts on some of the most complex and high value deals, locally, nationally and internationally. They are now looking to recruit a Senior Associate, perhaps at 5 PQE+ into this highly successful team.
As a Senior Associate in the Corporate team your role will be extremely interesting and varied, and you will work with major clients on a range of matters such as M&A, joint ventures and private equity.
You will build relationships with both colleagues and clients, new and existing, and will become an integral part of the future of the department. For the right candidates, the possibilities are limitless due to the excellent progression and development opportunities this firm provides. Your role will include supervision of more junior colleagues.
Although not essential, those with experience of the energy or financial services sector are encouraged to apply.
