Commercial Property Solicitor: 2 - 5 PQE
This boutique full service law firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team. You will be involved in a range of transactional work including acquisitions and disposals, the grant, renewal and termination of leases, acquisition and development of sites, joint venture agreements and conditional sale and purchased contracts amongst other commercial property related work. Candidates must have commercial property experience and be eager to broaden their knowledge of the area.
