Senior Business Affairs Manager (m/f/d)

We're always moving forward in the search for new challenges, so we're looking for new members to add to our team in London and Munich! 

What you can expect in this role

• You will advise and counsel management, production companies, acquisition and sales team on deal structures, legal issues, negotiating strategy and contractual matters with a focus on international markets
• You will negotiate various business related agreements including development agreements, various cooperation agreements and above-the-line talent agreements for the UK and US market primarily
• You will handle and manage various projects
• You will liaise with and coordinate internal and external counsels

Your essential experience and education

• You hold a UK/US Law Degree
• You have several years’ experience practising as a solicitor, in-house counsel or as a business affairs executive at an entertainment company
• You bring demonstrated business experience in connection with scripted development and production
• Admission to a State Bar in the US or other US legal experience is a plus
• Fluent English skills are required, German skills are a plus
