THE ROLE:
This career enhancing role is sure to enhance your experience within a renowned organisation offering outstanding career progression. As an experienced Regulation Officer your main duties will include; conducting investigations and ensuring the investigations come to an effective and efficient conclusion, working with complete cohesion with your line manager to ensure tasks are completed in line with current legislation. You will work closely with senior lawyers and expected to respond to concerns raised by members of the public and other authorities thus being a confident communicator is essential within this role. You will be providing on-going support to your team to ensure efficiency within the department whilst managing your own caseload. you must be able to identify and escalate cases based on the information given, whilst gathering evidence, preparing court bundles and interviewing relevant witnesses.
THE CANDIDATE:
The perfect candidate will have previous investigation work from a similar previous role spanning at least 2 years. You will be a confident and clear communication who is a real self-starter and able to hit the ground running. You must possess motivation to work to extremely time-sensitive cases whilst delivering consistent and quality work. You must be a flexible individual and available for an immediate start.
