Banking Associate - City
International law firm that is innovative and constantly thriving to be at the forefront of law. They act for some of the worlds largest organisations and are currently recruiting within their Banking Team.
The firm are one of the top law firms within the City and regarded as world class. Due to on-going success their highly ranked Banking Team continues to expand and now recruiting an experienced Solicitor.
The role will involve working for their international team that operates with global partners acting for both borrowers and lenders that include banks, government agencies and corporates on highly complex and often innovative transactions. The team deal with acquisition and various forms of finance, lending and restructurings.
This is a high profile team and has developed a great reputation, Ideally you will be a polished solicitor with excellent academics and skills gained at a top City practice, gaining experience of working with both borrowers, lenders, sponsors and handling transactions relating to funds.
The role would suit a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience and also consider a more experienced supervising solicitor given the fact this department is successful and continues to win new business and grow.
