Construction Partner – London, Boutique Firm

Our Boutique law firm client is looking for a non-contentious construction partner. 

Property and the built environment are absolutely at the heart of this 40 partner London firm. Given its focus and some busy and entrepreneurial developer and funder clients, the firm is now seeking a construction partner to capitalize on a strong flow of instructions. There is an existing case load of work waiting for an incoming lateral, and further internal cross referral networks that have, as yet, been untapped, 

The firm would like to speak to existing partners or ambitious senior associates with generalist construction experience across commercial. Industrial and residential property. You should be familiar and comfortable with the demands of fast-moving clients and ideally be bringing some of your own network and client base to evidence your business development skills.  

While non-contentious construction experience is essential for this role the partners would also consider those with a mixed practice and have the infrastructure to undertake significant disputes work. 

This is an upbeat, cohesive and commercial environment and a firm that has consistently grown turnover and profits over the last 5 years. So, well suited to an ambitious client facing lawyer who wants to make a significant contribution in a more boutique environment.
