OVERVIEW

Our client, an international property giant who are renown for there expertise in developing student accommodation projects, are looking to supplement their already stellar in-house team in Manchester with the addition of a senior real estate lawyer. The quality of their offerings and dedication to service marks this company a global leader in on-campus student accommodation

THE ROLE

As a real estate Lawyer at this business you will be an integral part of their busy, high performing and cohesive in-house legal team, providing advice on anything from option agreements, development agreements, and design and build agreements. You will also undertake an array or site acquisition and residential development tasks. The work you are involved in will see you play a key role in enhance the student experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded in-house real estate team and to gain exposure to some of the most challenging and interesting work in this practice area.

REQUIREMENTS

Between 3-6 years' PQE
Able to demonstrate experience working within established real estate practice
A strong communicator with a meticulous eye
Able to demonstrate an ability to develop high levels of technical skill and strong client relationships
A commitment to business development and client relationship management.
