The firm's global commercial disputes team cover a range of work to include:
- Arbitration - incl. Investment Treaty work
- White collar crime / fraud
- Regulatory investigations - eg FRC / FCA
- Banking disputes
- M&A Disputes
- Professional negligence (accountants' and lawyers and property professionals mainly)
- General commercial litigation
- High profile investigations - e.g. Saville Enquiry, Grenfell Tower
The team handle cutting edge litigation/investigations disputes, some of which are front page news. The team is currently thriving and is in the enviable position of 'cherry picking' some of the most interesting, complex and international disputes.
