PROPERTY SOLICITOR | ASHFORD
A unique opportunity has emerged for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a well established law firm in a senior position that has strong prospects of partnership.
Our client is a multi-disciplinary law firm with several offices across Kent. They have a strong and loyal network of clients across local businesses and private clients and have an enviable reputation in the area. Due to the retirement of a Partner, they are looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to carry out a mixed Property caseload.
Entering at Associate level with a view to swift progression, the successful applicant will be responsible for looking after commercial and residential property transactions for a loyal client base. This is a role that offers a varied caseload and supervisory responsibility.
Work includes very high quality residential conveyancing, auctions, commercial sales and acquisitions, drafting of easements conditional contracts and transfers of part following development of residential units. Clients include developers, property dealers and farmers.
It is essential that applicants have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, have excellent technical skills and a strong background in client cultivation. There is a good active client base, so candidates do not need to have a following, but must be able to demonstrate the ability to nurture client relationships and provide exceptional service. Candidates with a mixed background in commercial and residential property are welcome to apply.
Salary is very much dependant on experience, but it will be competitive.
