With multiple offices globally, head quartered in London and an eye watering deal list in recent years within the UAE and the Gulf, this heady international practice is now looking to take on a junior level corporate associate to operate within and throughout the UAE.  You will have a good level of corporate knowledge, but also be savvy on the commercial side and have an 'open mind' for converting business coming through the door.  No exposure to Gulf corporate law is needed, though useful.  What is compulsory however, is that you are able to hit the ground running and ‘hold your own’.
