M&A Underwriter | Southern Europe (Spanish Speaker)

We have been retained by an Insurer with a first class warranty and indemnity insurance (M&A insurance) brand to identify a technically astute Corporate Lawyer with fluency in Spanish to focus on underwriting risks throughout Southern Europe.

You will be underwriting risks submitted through the international broking community who primarily advise private equity funds, corporate acquirers and Lawyers on structuring M&A deals.

The firm presently have a highly successful M&A insurance offering and now want to increase capacity within the Southern European practice. The infrastructure allows the business to carry risks on an international basis for the market's premium deals.

You will be a UK or Spanish-law qualified Corporate Lawyer with first class technical ability and fluency in Spanish.

There is a significant compensation structure in place.
