Corporate Associate

I have been instructed by a well-regarded Law firm to source a skilled, commercial Associate for their Corporate M&A team. You will be working closely with the Partners to deliver a first-class service to a premium client base and be involved in Corporate transactions across the full spectrum. You will also be involved in some statutory and regulatory issues. This is an excellent opportunity to take their skill set onto the next stage.

The Role

• Diverse workload, working on high quality deals for premium clients across multiple different sectors.
• Run transactions from inception to completion and post completion.
• Supervising and mentoring members in the team.
• Active BD and supporting others in this area.

Requirements

• Corporate Lawyer, 4-6 PQE
• Quality M&A and corporate transactions experience in a respected law firm.
• Proven team player
• First class client care skills
• Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
• Confident and commercial approach.
