Are you a consultant looking for a better set-up? My client is looking for consultant solicitors to join him and the set up of how this would work is up for discussion on a case by case basis, as such, it could be a great opportunity to better your fee split % and also, an opportunity to join something new and exciting where you will be considered to be a far more key figure of the business.
There is also the opportunity for people to become salaried in the future once your practice is more established and this could provide more security, but this isn't something that will be forced upon you, it will suit some but not others.
The Firm
They are small, but very ambitious - they want to grow and want consultant lawyers with their own practices to come in and join in on the experience.
The senior partner is an internationally recognised human rights lawyer and is an incredibly interesting individual.
He can provide office space but you would be free to work how, when and where you like.
The Role
The firm is looking for Consultant Solicitors across a range of practice areas - you can be located anywhere really, but, the firm have a presence in Bristol and London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Consultant Solicitor to better your sitatation financially.
