OVERVIEW
Our client is a highly regarded commercial law firm that has cemented their place as the leading alternative to the regional and national practices in the North West. Following a continuous phase of sustained growth, the firm is now seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join them in Manchester on a permanent, full time basis.
THE ROLE
The role will see the successful candidate become an integral part of the firms ‘responsive and commercial’ team. Their Commercial offering is second to none and the firm provides a broad spectrum of legal advice to a loyal and diverse client base which includes a wide range of businesses, public sector organisations and charities.
This is no cookie cutter role, but one for those who thrive on being intellectually challenged. It will be an extremely varied role that will present the opportunity to work at the very highest level whilst offering every potential for career progression .
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
- 1-3 years' PQE
- Experience gained within a recognised commercial law department of a recognised firm
- Strong academic background (2:1 degree desirable but not essential);
- The ability to provide clear and practical advice;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and legal technical skills; and
- A commitment to business development and client relationship management
