The Role
The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Associate Solicitor to join their Norwich office.
You will be working within one of the regions strongest Real Estate Teams and will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.
They are looking for a motivated Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate keen to progress into a team leader role where you will manage your own caseload including: landlord and tenant work, leases, investment work, corporate support and large scale developments,
This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from Norfolk and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate with 3 years PQE + (There is no upper limit in PQE)
- Regional contacts is advantageous, but not essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
