The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Insolvency & Restructuring solicitor 4+ PQE to join their established London office.

The team have seen continued growth in the last 6 months and are showing no signs of stopping. This role would suit a driven and ambitious Associate who wishes to be part of this success story, with the aim to be the pre-eminent Commercial firm in the UK.

The national Insolvency & Restructuring team has a broad range of experience across the full spectrum of Insolvency & Restructuring matters, including property, with emphasis on supporting the firms insolvency practitioner, banking, and asset based lending clients.

You will be providing advice to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties to provide innovative and bespoke solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who really want to propel their career forwards. The firm takes the development of their employees incredibly seriously, as reflected by their fantastic partnership rates.

You will gain great exposure to caseloads varying in value, and to some of London's best Commercial work. Moreover, you will find yourself working along incredibly commercially minded solicitors who are personable, and approachable- an ethos that runs throughout the firm.
This role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate or a Partner looking for a Lateral move.

Requirements:

  • You will Ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
  • An active client base will be essential for this role
  • You must be enthusiastic about getting involved in business development activties
  • You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
  • You will be commercially minded, and you will need experience in handling Commercial caseloads
