The Corporate team are strong, prominent and boast a number of partners working across sectors and across the 'caps'. They are looking for a sharp and commercial lawyer with some experience, probably a minimum of 2 years to support the team on a variety of work including M&A, PE and some ECM for a superb rostra of client businesses. As part of the role you'll get involved in developing new and existing client relationships; you will also support colleagues, supervising more junior lawyers and undertaking tasks for partners and seniors.

It's likely that the successful candidate will have a strong grounding in Corporate work and experience in a City or leading regional firm.
