Experienced defendant PI Team Leader sought by national firm in central Manchester for a quasi in-house role

Your new role

This role will see you lead a team of motor claims handlers and litigators. You will have limited fee earning duties as the primary responsibilities of this role are operational in nature. You will be required to motivate and stretch your team by supporting with pre and post-litigation technical direction to achieve targets. This role is to be based permanently on client premises (leading national insurance business) in the heart of Manchester city centre.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have a strong background in personal injury, specifically RTA, and be able to demonstrate a strong managerial background.
