Due to an ever growing pipeline of new deals, it has started actively seeking to hire a mid to mid/senior Russian qualified capital markets associate to join its collegiate team.

Your profile as a lawyer should be as follows:

• Strong academics from one of the leading Russian universities;
• Rank of Mid Level to Mid/Senior Level Associate;
• From 4 year's+ post qualified experience of specialising in International Capital Markets work (Equity/ECM and Debt/DCM) with another top international law firm in Moscow;
• Russian regulatory knowledge in the ICM/ECM sector is strongly desirable;
• Strong team playing skills.
